Service Description

For Puppies and Kittens only This section is for young puppies and kittens only. The idea is to start off with not much stress therefore they can warm up to their groomer and for future reference. Puppy and kitten packages are for the first 2-3 first every visits to the groomer. For puppies and kittens under 5 months of age only as first time groomed. This option is for a bath, anal gland expression, nail trim, ear cleaning, and light trim of face, feet and fanny.(No anal gland expression for kittens) Kittens will be charged $10 extra for a handling fee If your pet is matted without knowing, the groomer will contact you to ask you would like to proceed to a shave. Matting fees vary between $10 per every 15 minutes. This price is for dogs under 35 pounds. Dogs 35 pounds and over will be charged $35 for puppy trim other services are offered as well, please see other services or feel free to contact me. Pick up and drop off time occur be anywhere from 8:30a.m. till 5:30 p.m. Doggone pets have very limited space with very limited cages. Please pick up your pet within 3.5 hours after you are notified completion of service. After 4 hours if your pet is not picked up after completion time then a Daycare fee may apply due to the need of walking and watering. If your pet is not picked up by the end of the day time then there will be a fee charged of a regular over night stay ($50) including your grooming fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel therefore we can prepare and make this time slot available to another pet possible in need. Please make sure your pets are picked up within 3.5 hours after competition of grooming service. After the 4th hour of no contact; the groomer may charge a daycare fee if not picked up within 3.5 hours after being notified of grooming completion. Please make sure all pets are picked up by or at 5:15 pm at the latest. If you book your pet to have daycare or grooming service but is not picked up by the pick up time (5:30p.m.) then there is a charge of $10 for every 10 minutes until 5:50 p.m. If not picked up by 5:50p.m. then your pet will be charged a full price of boarding ($50 for dogs and $30 for other animals) by the day until picked up.
