Doggone Cat Bath or Groom

Service Description

This service is for cats(6 months of age and older) only to receive a bath or groom. If you would like any thing additional such as a slight trim, flea treatment, deshedding treatment, or etc then please notify the groomer. (there might be a slight difference in charge) Ear cleaning, brushing, and nail trim will come with the bath only if your cat will tolerate. other services are offered as well, please see other services or feel free to contact me. If this is the FIRST TIME I will be grooming your cat then I do require the pet owner to stay present for the first groom only. This rule will just indicate if your cat will be a good candidate and will tolerate the groomer and clippers. Not all cats are comfortable with being groomed, and this is ok and understandable! I just want to take precautionary action by having the owner present only during the first groom. (Only applies for grooms only, owners do not need to stay for baths) Baths= $40 Grooms= $80 Please make sure your pet is up to date on their vaccines. The only vaccine you will need proof for in order for your cat to be seen will be the rabies vaccine. Please make sure to bring or send a copy to (281)819-5555 or email to Doggonepetss@gmail.com Pick up and drop off time occur be anywhere from 8:30a.m. till 5:30 p.m. Doggone pets have very limited space with very limited cages. Please pick up your pet within 3 hours after you are notified completion of service. After 3.5 hours if your pet is not picked up after completion time then a Daycare fee may apply due to the need of walking and watering. If your pet is not picked up by the end of the day time then there will be a fee charged of a regular over night stay ($50) including your grooming fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel therefore we can prepare and make this time slot available to another pet possible in need. Please make sure your pets are picked up within 3.5 hours after competition of grooming service. After the 4th hour of no contact; the groomer may charge a daycare fee if not picked up within 3.5 hours after being notified of grooming completion. Please make sure all pets are picked up by or at 5:15 pm at the latest. If you book your pet to have daycare or grooming service but is not picked up by the pick up time (5:30p.m.) then there is a charge of $10 for every 10 minutes until 5:50 p.m. If not picked up by 5:50p.m. then your pet will be charged a full price of boarding ($50 for dogs and $30 for other animals) by the day until picked up.
