House Call Grooming

Service Description

Are you looking for someone to come groom in your home preferably? When I first started grooming I was doing house calls (also known as grooming in the pet owners home) but now this is high demand by clients after Covid. Rather if you have a pet who is elderly, handicap, much anxiety, aggressive towards other pets, cage aggressive, get sick from car rides or etc! Then no worries! I am bringing back my house call services by high demand 💓💓💓💓🐾🐾 If you are interested then please do not hesitate to book or message for more information!!! House calls will only be available one day per week therefore I highly recommend booking in advance ! The price for house calls will be the price of the groom or bath plus a additional traveling fee. The traveling fee is $25 within a 5 mile radius from Doggone Pets. Doggone Pets is located at : 2611 Cypress Creek Parkway 77014 If your home is more than 5 miles away from Doggone Pets then there will be additional $3 charge per every mile. Baths and Grooms will be provided in the pet owners home. If you have more than one pet then you will not be charge for multiple traveling fees, just the one time fee which is provided. The groomer will provide and bring all grooming supplies, please have a area of your preference where you would like the groomer to set up their grooming table and station for work. The owner would provide a area for where you would like your pet bathed. (this can be done in a tub or outdoors whichever is suitable for the owner) The owner may choose to be present or absent during the time of House call service. Access arrangements need to be made prior to appointment time in order for the groomer to gain access to your home if no one is available for entry. *Once your appointment is booked; your groomer will then reach out to you for confirmation and to finalize details. * For any additional questions or concerns please contact the owner Patrice Young.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel therefore we can prepare and make this time slot available to another pet possible in need. Please make sure your pets are picked up within 3.5 hours after competition of grooming service. After the 4th hour of no contact; the groomer may charge a daycare fee if not picked up within 3.5 hours after being notified of grooming completion. Please make sure all pets are picked up by or at 5:15 pm at the latest. If you book your pet to have daycare or grooming service but is not picked up by the pick up time (5:30p.m.) then there is a charge of $10 for every 10 minutes until 5:50 p.m. If not picked up by 5:50p.m. then your pet will be charged a full price of boarding ($50 for dogs and $30 for other animals) by the day until picked up.
